Position: Personal Assistant to Chairman
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Experience as a PA for a Chairman or CEO before
• Role to include assist Chairman in all project tracking and follow up business items assigned to heads and managers
• Able to prepare presentations
• Able to translate Khmer language documents to English
• Able to take minutes for meetings
• To follow Chairman out for business meetings in the city and province
REQUIREMENT
• University qualifications in Business Related Discipline
• 5 years’ experience preferably
• Able to travel to province
• Good command of English – speaking and writing,
• Good command of Khmer language (speaking and written) and able to translate to English
• Ability to speak mandarin an added advantage
• Good communication skills
• Able to work and communicate with all levels of staff and business people
• Organized, structured, resourceful and hardworking.
• Efficient and fast worker, able to meet datelines
• Pleasant and polite personality
• Good power points, excel and word skills
• Understand financial numbers
