Part Time Chinese Teacher ( 15$/Hour ) 1.Establish and promote high standards and expectations for all students in terms of disciplines, high moral standards, academic excellence, and character development. 2.Improve student fluency in Mandarin. 3.Make lesson plans and weekly or monthly assessment. 4.Work cooperatively with the faculty members, the school administration and the deputy director to promote ICSIS team work spirit. 5.Organize the classroom and lessons to optimize the student learning and develop a positive and professional relationship with each of his/her students, assess their strengths and weaknesses and take these into account when planning lessons.
