Responsibilities • Ensure 100% understanding of sell process/internal product service pricing settlement flow and scope of work and selling approach tactics to lead the project successful and coaching to subordinate • Initiate working plan, arrange team to in charge for and make appointment with prospective and partners by sectors • Set KIP to staff to achieve sell target monthly, yearly • Motivate and guide sales teams to improve performance and achieve set goals • Monitor the activities of sales personnel to assess performance and productivity • Assign and designate sales quotas and territories to staff according to individual potential • Collaborate with the marketing and advertising to develop and implement plans effective for enhancing sales and overall company performance • Manage screen all supporting documents, presentation slides company products, and services for presentation with them partners make sure it up to date • Lead project to Kick-off internally to understand the prospective business model to explore products & services for cooperation with • Be flexible, strongly commitment to doing tasks on deadlines with what is the priority task • Work with partner to collect all supporting documents and to prepare the commercial agreement based on legally perspective and, Process sign NDA if required • Work closely with the legal team and relevant department to do an assessment of business partners (some service is a high-risk) • Manage the timeline and run agreement sign-off with both parties as soon as possible • Work with PMO/related departments to kick off the project internally for refreshment about products and services to explore with, Start to kick off external and initiated for both parties to work together (relevant department) and set for product orientation, schedule UAT, test case, and confirm for the timeline to go-live Prepare supporting documents as required from relevant departments for product orientation, schedule UAT, and test case prepare to go-live if needed • Keep monitor and track to make sure the project is in progress and push to go live as soon as possible • Work with the marketing team and related departments to make the service able to do the transaction and posting through LHPP's channel and co-posting with partner • Solving problems to ensure the personnel and team are fully motivated and achieve the expected performance • Build good relationship with existing /new partner Initiative good solutions to solving the problem/challenge internally from customer /business partnership • Conduct field visits to partners and with the sale team/relevant department to increase transactions. • Collect the market situation report and pricing with timely and accurate submission for - preparing an action plan • Manage and tracking the daily, weekly, and monthly reports, initiate finding new ways to improve it • Work closely with the Sale Distribution and Marketing Department to do and promote artwork in public based on the areas and potential partner of each sector to generate the transactions and gains a healthy growth • Work with subsidiaries as the representative of LHPP • Understand about subsidiary's requirements and provide products and services to align with the business model • Build a good collaboration between LHG subsidiaries, relevant departments, and team Promptly support and respond, find good solutions to solving compliance from subsidiaries and teamwork.
