Performance and Planning Manager

-Develop and implement long-term and annual infrastructure development plans aligned with SEZ growth and investment strategies. -Coordinate master planning and execution of core infrastructure projects (roads, drainage, power, water, wastewater, telecommunications, etc.). -Forecast utility demand based on current and prospective tenant requirements. -Ensure efficient and uninterrupted delivery of utilities (electricity, water, gas, telecommunications, wastewater). -Monitor the performance of third-party utility service providers and contractors through service level agreements (SLAs). -Implement smart utility management systems (e.g., smart metering, energy monitoring). -Identify risks related to infrastructure capacity, service disruptions, or regulatory non-compliance. -Develop contingency and continuity plans. -Promote sustainable and energy-efficient infrastructure practices (e.g., renewable energy, green buildings, water reuse).​​​​ Education: Degree in Civil Engineering, Urban Planning, Project Management, or related fields.
Minimum 5 years in infrastructure or utilities, with planning or operations roles.
Skills: -Strong analytical and project management skills. -Familiarity with tools like MS Project, or asset management software. -Good communication and leadership abilities. -Understanding of regulatory frameworks and sustainability standards. -Can speak Thai language is a plus
