Personal Assistant (Female)
Rank Salary: $500-$700 based on experience.
***Job Descriptions :
• General Executive Support.
• Administrative tasks: Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, planning events, and handling correspondence.
• Communication: Acting as a point of contact between the manager and clients, screening phone calls, and distributing mail.
• Organization: Organizing social and physical activities.
• Project work: Working on specific projects and research.
• Stakeholder relationships: Supporting and developing relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
***Job Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field in Business or Public Administration.
• 3 years of experience in administration work/secretarial.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven problem-solving and critical-thinking skills to address challenges effectively.
• Strong leadership and team management abilities.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & PowerPoint).
• Good at office administration and time management.
• Excellent in the English language; Chinese is a priority.
• Flexibility, adaptability, and strong accountability.
