1. Pharmacy Account Management:​ • Build and maintain strong relationships with pharmacy owners, managers, and staff.​ • Act as the main point of contact for product-related queries and support for pharmacies.​
2. Sales & Business Development:​ • Drive sales and meet monthly targets within assigned pharmacy outlets.​ • Identify and capitalize on new sales opportunities by visiting existing and potential pharmacies regularly.​
3. Product Knowledge & Training:​ • Ensure pharmacists are well-informed about the company’s products, benefits, and usage.​ • Provide training sessions and product demonstrations to pharmacists and their staff.​ • Serve as a trusted advisor on product specifications, safety, and best practices for end consumers.​
4. Merchandising & Stock Management:​ • Work closely with pharmacies to ensure optimal shelf space and stock levels.​ • Implement merchandising standards to enhance product visibility and sales.​ • Monitor and manage stock inventory to prevent out-of-stock or overstock situations.​
5. Promotions & Marketing Activities:​ • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotions, discounts, and other marketing initiatives.​ • Assist in organizing and participating in product awareness campaigns and pharmacy-focused events.​ • Analyze promotional performance and adjust strategies to maximize effectiveness.​
6. Product Education & Training:​ • Provide product training and education to pharmacists, ensuring they understand the benefits and proper usage of the company's products.​ • Organize and conduct educational seminars or in-store promotions to increase awareness.​
7. Stock & Inventory Management:​ • Ensure optimal stock levels in pharmacies to avoid out-of-stock situations.​ • Collaborate with pharmacies to maintain an attractive product display and ensure the products are easily accessible to customers.​
8. Market Analysis & Reporting:​ • Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to enhance sales strategies.​ • Provide management with regular updates on sales performance and any challenges faced in the market.​
9. Compliance:​ • Ensure all activities are conducted in compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards.
