Our company is looking for a Production Manager.
Job description:
Production planning
Plan production activities, including output, quality, quantity, cost, time, and labor requirements
Production control
Control the production plant and quality procedures, including maintenance, operating hours, and supply of parts and tools
Production monitoring
Monitor production output and costs, adjusting processes and resources to minimize costs
Quality control
Set and enforce quality standards, and implement quality control programs
Safety
Ensure that health and safety guidelines are followed at all times, and address any concerns immediately
Staff management
Supervise and motivate a team of workers, set performance goals, and identify training needs
Communication
Liaise across teams and departments to ensure a smooth production process, and communicate with staff to ensure timely delivery
Reporting
Collate and analyze data, and put together production and performance reports for factory managers and customers
Job requirements:
