This internship is an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in project management, learn about the tech and education industries, and support key projects that drive our mission forward. Key Responsibilities - Project Coordination: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of various projects, ensuring that timelines, resources, and deliverables are met. - Documentation: Prepare and maintain project documentation, including project charters, meeting notes, progress reports, and dashboards. - Stakeholder Communication: Support communication efforts with internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear and consistent project updates. - Process Improvement: Help identify and implement process improvements to enhance project efficiency and collaboration. - Data Analysis: Analyze project data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and contribute to project status reports. - Risk Management: Assist in identifying project risks and dependencies, documenting them, and suggesting mitigation strategies. - Support PM Operations: Provide general support to the PM team in daily activities and special projects as needed. What You'll Learn - The fundamentals of project management methodologies like Agile and Scrum. - How to use project management tools such as [e.g., Notion, Trello] - Practical skills in stakeholder engagement, risk management, and project documentation. - Insights into the education and tech industries and how digital solutions can transform student experiences. - Experience working within a startup environment and collaborating with cross-functional teams. Qualifications - Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, or a related field. - Good organizational and time management skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Slides). - Interest in project management and technology solutions for education. - Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. - Previous experience with project management tools is a plus but not required.
