Decoration Company Hiring Position: Project Manager Job Description： The Site Project Manager/Engineer is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of a project on-site. This includes ensuring compliance with safety regulations, managing budgets and timelines, coordinating teams, and maintaining quality standards. The role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and problem-solving skills. Job Requirement： -Education: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field. -Experience: 5+ years in site project management (industry-specific experience preferred). -Certifications: PMP, OSHA, or other relevant certifications (optional but advantageous). -Technical Skills: Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Project, Primavera, or similar tools. -Soft Skills: Leadership, communication, problem-solving, and multitasking.
