Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Property Manager at MR Training and Jobs Center. The Property Officer will be responsible for overseeing the management and maintenance of properties, conducting property inspections, coordinating with tenants and vendors, handling lease agreements, and ensuring overall property performance. Some remote work is acceptable in this role.
Qualifications
- Property management, real estate, and leasing experience
- Knowledge of property laws and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Experience in budgeting and financial management
- Proficiency in property management software
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate Management or related field.
