Job Descriptions: • To control of documents such as agreement filling, copy & printing • To scan and upload agreement into system • To assist property manager to coordinate clients and tenant on property renting • Maintaining accuracy of all property’s transactions (Including Rent Collections, Lease Renewals, and Maintenance Requests) • Coordinating with Maintenance Teams to Ensure that all Properties are in Good Repair and fulfill Tenant Requests for Repairs are handled Properly • To handle preparation documents to summit to Local Authorities as per Regulations requirement related to Property Management. • Communicating Effectively with Tenants to Resolve Issues and Maintain High Levels of Tenant Satisfaction • Preparing Regular Reports on Property Performance for Senior Management and Property Owners. • Handle Tenant Screening Property Inspection, Listing and Liaise with Tenant & Landlord • Other tasks assign by manager • Training is provided. Job Requirement: Bachelor’s degree, Real Estate, or a related field. Proven Experience as an Assistant Property Manager or Similar Role. Strong Understanding of Property Management Laws and Regulations. Proficient in MS Office and Property Management Software Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal Skills. Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team Ability to use and communicate in both Khmer and English (Chinese is a plus)
