Job Description
Position : Purchasing Executive KSLM : Head Office Working day : Monday- Saturday (8am-12pm) (13pm-17pm) Benefits : High salary, Commission, Incentive, Insurance, Annual Trip/party Department : Accounts & Finance Report to : Accounts & Finance Manager
❖ Main Job Responsibilities
1. Purchase order to Factory (China, Thailand, Vietnam, Singapore... Oversea) 2. Make cost comparison from a vendor to another vendor. 3. Set cost all that Order in stock or Customer 4. Checking on all of the documents, when received from Vendors. 5. Updated cost by vendors. 6. Follow up with your Order to Vendors 7. Negotiate contract terms of agreement and pricing 8. Track orders and ensure timely delivery 9. Review quality of purchased products 10. Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure proper storage 11. Controlling products in stock or out stock 12. Make a Purchase Report. 13. Make purchase requisition and purchase order. 14. Request for training from Brand supplies 15. Request marketing support from brand supplies and technical training 16. Other tasks required by Manager. 👉Job Management System 1. Prepare daily activities task, weekly, monthly 2. Update data of Purchasing to Quickbook system 3. Receive and review requests from relevant departments 👉Required skills and Qualifications 1. Flexibility and adaptability 2. Public relations and management 3. 2 years’ experience as a purchaser executive 4. Excellent negotiation skills 5. Proficient in English and Chinese (verbal and written) 6. Excellent analytical skills
