Purchasing Officer

JOB RESPOSIBILIES: • Responsible for the overall purchase of daily market, food & beverage inventory store • Confirm purchase order and follow up delivery as per receiving operation hours • Issue purchase order with duly approval from management before sending confirmation to suppliers • Generate all purchasing and receiving reports and submit to CPU • Responsible for managing and monitoring inventory levels to ensure optimal stock availability • Maintain accurate records of stock levels, receipts, and dispatches • Monitor stock usage and forecast demand to avoid shortages or excess stock. • Issue transfer in/out
REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. • Minimum of 1 years of experience in procurement or purchasing • Strong negotiation and vendor management skills. • Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. • Knowledge of local and international procurement regulations.
