Job Description - Responsible for all procurement operations within budgeted guidelines and to the highest standards. - Establish targets, KPI’s, schedules, policies and procedures. - Ensures quality is provided at the lowest possible price taking advantage of discounts - Involvement with vendor trade shows and related purchasing events to maximize buying abilities. - Ensure food and beverage items are in stock at the appropriate time and in optimal condition. - Create and maintain good relationships with vendors, suppliers. - Tracking of product cost savings for progressive reporting and analysis. - Facilitates removal of dead stock items from warehouse and conduct new/existing product evaluations as needed. III. Job Requirements - Bachelor degree At least 3 years of relevant procurement and vendor management experience in the F&B (Restaurants) - Excellent command of the English Language. - Excellent Excel Skills. - Strong leadership, communication, analytical, decision-making and negotiation skills.
