Purchasing Supervisor

Job title: Purchasing Supervisor Job type: Full time Location: Poi Pet City, Banteay Meanchey province.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the purchasing process for materials, equipment, and services. - Source, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers (local and international) to obtain the best pricing, quality, and terms. - Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, particularly in Thailand. - Ensure timely and accurate order processing, tracking, and delivery. - Monitor and control purchasing costs to optimize the company’s procurement budget. - Ensure all procurement activities comply with company policies regulations. - Maintain accurate purchasing records, contracts, and supplier agreements. - Conduct cost analysis and provide reports to management. - Supervise and train purchasing staff, ensuring adherence to best practices. - Collaborate with internal departments (finance, operations, engineering, etc.) to align procurement activities with business needs. - Communicate effectively with Thai-speaking suppliers and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. - Fluency in Thai and English (both written and spoken) is required. - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain management. - Strong negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). - Knowledge of international trade regulations and import/export procedures is a plus. - Experience in the real estate, construction, or facility management industry is preferred.
