■ Job Type: Full-time ■ Salary Range: $300 - $600 ■ Work 5.5 d/w: Mon-Sat ■ Work 8 h/d: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM or 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM (Flexible) ■ Workplace: #54, St. 388, Toul Svay Prey I, Boeng Keng Kang, Phnom Penh ◉ Goals (Mission): 1) Maintain and Enhance Quality Standards During Transportation and Storage: Ensure the quality of frozen and refrigerated products, maintaining high-quality standards. 2) Compliance with Quality Standards: Strictly adhere to various regulations and internal quality standards, providing safe and high-quality products. 3) Improve Quality Management Processes: Streamline quality management processes to achieve cost reductions. 4) Cost Management: Minimize costs associated with quality management and achieve operations within budget. ◉ Responsibilities: 1) Quality Management: ■ Inspect product quality at the time of receipt and before shipment. ■ Monitor and adjust the temperature management of products (frozen and refrigerated). ■ Regularly inspect and record the storage conditions of products. ■ Quickly respond to and resolve quality-related issues. ■ Maintain and update the quality management system. 2) Transportation Quality Management: ■ Collaborate with transport operators and manage quality during transportation. ■ Monitor and adjust temperature management systems during transportation. ■ Address and resolve quality issues during transportation. 3) Compliance with Quality Standards: ■ Understand and implement quality management standards such as HACCP and ISO. ■ Establish and update internal quality standards. ■ Conduct regular quality audits. ■ Collect and respond to the latest information for legal compliance. 4) Cost Management: ■ Estimate and manage costs associated with quality management. ■ Propose and implement improvement measures for cost reduction. ■ Plan and execute operations within the budget. ◉ Qualifications: ■ Bachelor's degree in quality control, or a related field. ■ Fluent in Khmer and good in English communications. ■ Practical experience in quality management. ■ Knowledge and experience in transportation operations. ■ Knowledge of quality management standards such as HACCP and ISO. ■ Analytical skills for cost management and efficiency improvement. ■ Problem-solving skills and communication skills. ◉ Benefits: ■ Develop essential business management skills. ■ Thrive in a dynamic and evolving environment. ■ Collaborate with passionate team members. ■ Competitive and results-based salary system. ■ Learn and apply global business standards. ■ Enhance English proficiency in a daily English language environment. ■ Office phone and laptop provided (To be confirmed). ■ Bonus for achieving goals. ■ Enjoy company parties and staff birthday gifts. ■ NSSF coverage provided. ■ Seniority payments twice a year. ■ Company evaluations conducted quarterly. ■ 1.5 days off per week and public holidays following Cambodia’s Labor Law. ■ Annual leave entitlement of 18 days per year.
