Job Responsibilities and Duties  Carry out quality assessment measures of all the products ready to be shipped and incoming  Take a thorough look at the plans, specifications, and blueprints to understand the product requirements  Reject all the incoming goods that fail to meet quality expectations and report the issue to the concerned department at the earliest  Resolving quality-related issues and adhering to deadlines  Providing training to the warehouse team  Prepare documentation of the inspection process, which includes detailed reports and performance records  Recommend improvement measures to the operation process to ensure quality control standards are met  Guide the warehouse team about the quality control issues to enhance the quality of the product  Monitor customer satisfaction levels  Join process write off  Other tasks assign by superior Job Requirement  Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor's degree in engineering, science, or a related field is often preferred for supervisory or managerial positions.  Quality Control Techniques: Knowledge of statistical process control (SPC), root cause analysis, and other quality control methodologies.  Technical Skills: Proficiency in using quality control tools and equipment, such as measuring instruments, testing equipment, and software.  Certifications: Certifications in quality management systems (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Six Sigma, ASQ certifications) can enhance career prospects and command higher salaries.
