With our mission of “Turning design into reality—down to the last detail,” we are looking for a skilled and detail-focused Quantity Surveyor to support our expanding team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for design and construction projects
• Review architectural and technical drawings to determine material and labor requirements
• Source, negotiate, and compare supplier/subcontractor quotations
• Track and manage project budgets, variations, and cost control measures
• Collaborate with the design and project team to ensure value engineering and budget alignment
• Conduct site visits for progress measurement and verification of work done
• Prepare BOQs, contracts, and progress claims
• Assist in the procurement process and supplier evaluations
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in construction or design-build firms
• Strong analytical, budgeting, and negotiation skills
• Proficient in MS Excel; experience with AutoCAD and estimating software is a plus
• Good understanding of local construction materials, labor costs, and market rates
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to meet deadlines
• Can speak English and Khmer
