Job Description: -Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office. -Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email, Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and conference rooms. -Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk. -Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and scanning documents. - Receive and transfer phone calls as requested by incoming customers. - Receive, track and deliver incoming and outgoing mail, postal items and parcels. - Manage equipment, purchase office supplies. - Search and work with suppliers to get quotes and place orders as requested. - Participate in organizing Company events. - Support the HR department in recruitment, insurance and other HR documents. Requirements: -High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification or education in administration is a plus. -Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role, preferably within a pharmaceutical or healthcare environment. -Knowledge of pharmaceutical terminology and industry practices is advantageous. -English communication skills, both verbal and written. -Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. -Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Working hours: 8:30 am to 5:30 pm from Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 12:00 am on Saturday.
