• Has complete knowledge of hotel policies, quality and service standards • Assists guests to their inquiries and acts on it • Ensures that all guests and visitors are welcomed as soon as they enter the hotel • To be fully conversant with all services and facilities offered at the Hotel • Must provide the highest level of customer service • Ensures the effective resolution of any issues raised by a guest either in person or by referring the issue to a more senior manager to ensure ongoing relations and rapport are not compromised with the guest • Immediately reports and turns over lost and found articles to the housekeeping office following the required procedures at all times. • Adheres to all company policies and procedures • Ensures and maintain confidentiality of all guest’s information and pertinent hotel data
