Retention Team Leader Responsibilities: •Retention Team Leader's main purpose is to extract value from the team’s existing clients through REDEPOSITS (Top-Up) and increased Trading Volume. •Main purpose is to make sure that team-assigned clients redeposit AGAIN, AGAIN, and AGAIN! •Managing ongoing customer relationships by ensuring professional communication and high satisfaction. •Provide basic training to clients on how to use the trading platform (MetaTrader5) and trade products. •Keeping clients up-to-date with general market information and developments. •Provide an understanding of technical and fundamental analysis to clients via scheduled 1 to 1training sessions. •Understand the client's needs and trading profile in order to provide excellent support and guidance. •Ensure timely follow-up of all assigned clients. •Monitor and review the team's performance, reporting it to the management. •Coordinate with the Sales Manager to distribute/redistribute clients among their team members. •Ensure customer satisfaction by effectively managing dissatisfied clients and assigning them to different account managers. •Assist with in-service and training of Retention team members and be in contact with them instantly Contact: 089650xxxClick To Call (Telegram) E-mail: sim*****@investm.comClick To Sent Email
