•To ensure that all guests calling the room service department are being taken and handled in a courteous and professional way. •To ensure that the cashier area is immaculately clean. •To keep an order book and list clear and updated and regularly updated to Restaurant Manager if there is any missing information or records •To adhere to and uphold Company standing orders, management standards and instructions and Company cash regulations always. •Fully responsible for the daily cash float •Following the daily communication via group Telegram to ensure all information related to F&B/ Room Service are well following up without disturbance the customers ‘experience. •To ensure with the Restaurant Manager or Assistant Restaurant Manager that all orders are served in time as per standard operating procedures, SOP. •To have a complete knowledge of the Menu, Wine & Beverage list, so that he/ she can properly inform the customer whenever required in Khmer and English language. •Handles the telephone reservation or order taker with efficiency and according to the telephone etiquette procedures. •Report any guest comments to the Restaurant Manager and make suggestions for service improvements. to the Restaurant Manager. •Be able to inform the guest about the F&B promotions and activities. •To always maintain a perfect appearance, (impeccable grooming as per hotel grooming standard) • Basic Salary • Service Charge • Yearly Bonus • Insurance • Public Holiday • Annual Leave • Duty Meal .
