3. Market Research & Analysis – Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, customer needs, and competitive trends.
4. Hospital & Clinic Engagement – Establish and maintain strong relationships with hospitals, endocrinologists, diabetologists, and healthcare institutions.
5. Sales Target Achievement – Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals through strategic planning and execution.
6. Product Presentations & Demonstrations – Conduct presentations and live demonstrations of Linx to healthcare professionals and decision-makers.
7. Negotiation & Deal Closing – Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms with potential clients, ensuring profitable sales agreements.
8. Customer Relationship Management (CRM) – Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
9. Sales Forecasting & Reporting – Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management.
10. Marketing Collaboration – Work closely with the marketing team to develop promotional materials, sales campaigns, and brand awareness strategies.
11. Regulatory Compliance – Ensure that all sales activities comply with healthcare industry regulations and ethical sales practices.
12. Territory Expansion & Business Development – Identify and develop new sales opportunities within hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies.
13. Pricing Strategy & Discount Management – Develop competitive pricing strategies while ensuring profitability and market penetration.
14. Customer Support & After-Sales Service – Provide support to customers post-sale, addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction.
15. Training & Knowledge Sharing – Train internal teams and clients on the features, benefits, and usage of Linx.
16. Networking & Industry Events – Represent the company at medical conferences, trade shows, and industry events to generate leads.
17. Competitor Analysis – Monitor competitor activities and strategize to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
18. Objection Handling & Problem-Solving – Address customer concerns with effective solutions to drive conversions.
