• Create sales orders, delivery notes, samples, and any other required documents.
• Prepare the necessary documents to create new customer, supplier, or product accounts in the system.
• Prepare sales contracts as needed.
• Follow up with the production and delivery teams regarding delivery arrangements, goods receiving, and updates for the sales team.
• Collaborate with the sales team on customer requests, complaints, and requirements.
• Update sales reports and other related documents on a timely basis.
• Perform related tasks as assigned by the line manager.
Requirement:
- Bachelor's degree or master's degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing
- Experience in Sales Admin or Sales Support from FMCG
- Good in communication and problem solving skills
- Experience from FMCG is advantage
- Location: Phnom Penh
