1. Sales Support Operations:
- Handle and record inquiries and issues related to Vendor Accounts, Promo Offers, and Customer Accounts
- Ensure all matters are escalated and addressed promptly
- Assist with the processing of key documents and invoices
- Assist in scheduling and coordinating meetings based on the Head of Sales or Account Director's requirements
2. Communication Bridge:
- Serve as the link between our Contact Center and Internal Teams to facilitate swift issue resolution
- Ensure all relevant tasks are completed on time in full as per meeting minutes
3. Other Related Tasks Assigned by Direct Supervisor
