We’re looking for dynamic Outbound Sales Agents to join our growing team! If you’re driven to build relationships and close deals across phone, email, and social media, we want to hear from you.

Key Responsibility
1. Generate & Qualify Leads
• Make outbound calls to identify and qualify potential customers
• Follow up persistently, negotiate terms, and close deals to hit targets
• Prospect new business partners and channels to expand our pipeline

2. Manage Customer Records
• Accurately organize and maintain all customer contracts and documents
• Update customer profiles and activity in our CRM system
• Track your performance against monthly and quarterly sales goals

Compensation
• Competitive Base Salary: USD 300–700 (gross)
• Uncapped Commissions: Earn more as you close more deals
• Fast-Track Promotion: Opportunities to advance after 6 months

Requirement
• High school diploma or equivalent (university students/graduates welcome)
• Comfortable using MS Office; CRM experience is a plus
• Age 18 or older, with excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and ready to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment
