Roles and responsibilities: • Generating leads • Presenting construction products, services, and solutions to potential customers through sales meetings, presentations, demonstrations, and proposals • Building and maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers, clients, architects, engineers, contractors, developers, and other stakeholders • Engaging with customers to understand their needs, requirements, preferences, and challenges, and providing personalized solutions, recommendations, and support • Negotiating terms, pricing, contracts, and agreements with customers to close sales deals, achieve revenue targets, and maximize profitability • Reporting sales activities, pipeline progress, customer feedback, market insights, and other relevant metrics • Providing exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sales process Requirements: • A bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, sales, construction management, or a related field is often preferred • Good understand of construction products, materials, methods, and processes • Minimum 2 years of experience in construction industry and at least 1 year in sales role • Fluent for verbal and written communication (Good at English is advantage for candidate) • Great problem-solving, negotiation, and customer service skills • Deep understanding of product knowledge and good at teamwork • Open-mind and listen the constructive feedback • Flexible to multiple tasks assigned by Manager Benefit: • 18 annual leave days • 5 sick leave days • 7 special leave days • Public holiday • 90 days for maternity leave with 100% wage • NSSF • Compensation leave for OT • 3% commission/referral for bringing lead and close deal Office Hour: • Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM- 5:00 PM • Saturday half day from 8:00 AM-12:00 PM Contact Us: • van*******@peakdigital.comClick To Sent Email.kh • Telegram: 0765555xxxClick To Call • Contact: 0967654xxxClick To Call
