Job Summary: This role is responsible on selling products and offering application support for those products to customers. Job Description: ● Responsible on Protective coating, waterproofing, flooring, concrete repair and grouting solutions. ● Establish and enhance good customer relationship with the clients especially construction companies, applicators, and consultants. ● Expand retailer shop in Phnom Penh city and other provinces. ● Technical support to clients. ● Develop Sales Strategy and action’s plans to achieve company’s goal. ● To make sure there is no bad debt, and the payment is collected within due date ● Monthly, quarterly and yearly Sales forecast ● Provide update on progress of projects/follow up all major construction projects. ● Understand the competitor action in the market. ● Weekly and Monthly report ● To get along with Dynamic ‘s Vision and Mission. ● Team engagement to be a long-term business company. ● Participate & provide necessary support to Dynamic Group. ● Comply the company rule & regulation. ● Complete additional activities as allocated during a year by line manager. Job Requirement: ● Bachelor’s degree or associated degree in engineering, or any related fields ● Freshly graduated or 1 to 2 years’ experience ● Customer focus, conflict management, fostering collaboration ● Communication and interpersonal awareness ● Striving for achievement ● Selling, Negotiation & presentation skill ● Travelling required sometime ● Good in English speaking, writing, and listening skill (Chinese is a Plus)
