Key Responsibilities:
Technical Sales Support:
Act as the technical expert during the sales process, providing detailed information about IT and networking products and services.
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to potential clients.
Customer Engagement:
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their technical requirements and business challenges.
Provide pre-sales and post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Solution Design:
Collaborate with clients to design customized IT and networking solutions that meet their needs.
Prepare and deliver technical proposals, including diagrams, configurations, and cost estimates.
Sales Strategy:
Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
Develop and implement strategies to expand the customer base and increase revenue.
Product Knowledge:
Stay updated on the latest IT and networking technologies, products, and industry trends.
Train clients and internal teams on new products and solutions.
Collaboration:
Liaise with the technical team to ensure smooth implementation of solutions.
Provide feedback to the product development team based on customer needs and market trends.
ualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Networking, or a related field.
Experience:
2-3 years of experience in a technical sales or sales engineering role, preferably in IT and networking.
Hands-on experience with networking hardware (routers, switches, firewalls) and software (Cisco, Juniper, Fortinet, etc.).
Technical Skills:
Strong understanding of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, etc.).
Knowledge of cloud computing, cybersecurity, and IT infrastructure solutions.
Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, CRM software, and network simulation tools.
Certifications (Preferred):
Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent are a plus.
