Sales Leader

- Selling products located at project site (Svay Chey Village, Trapaing Thom Commune, Prasat Bakong District, Siem Reap Province) - Setting up, managing, leading and training a sales team in house - Supervising and supporting on-going deals of team members - Setting up sales and marketing strategies and plans - Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base - Motivate sale teams to generate leads, build client relationships, set targets to meet or exceed revenue forecasts, and ultimately meet customer needs - Dealing with clients on the enquires to get the deals closed - Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service - Present sales revenue and expenses reports with a realistic forecast to the management team - Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs - Doing market research, update company & other competitors for projects progress; - Explore prospects and potential customers
