Position: Sales Manager What You’ll Do: • Take charge of sales and leasing for our diverse range of projects, including serviced apartments, Grade A office spaces, industrial parks, and special economic zones. • Build and maintain strong sales channels for industrial land and commercial properties, ensuring we stay ahead in the market. • Cultivate and manage relationships with high-end clients, helping us hit and exceed sales targets. • Collaborate across teams to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and elevate our company’s brand image. • Contribute to market research and strategy planning, offering fresh ideas and innovative approaches to market promotion. Who You Are: • Nationality: Cambodian (Open to both male and female candidates). • Experience: at least 3-5 years of experience in real estate sales and leasing, particularly with industrial land, Grade A office buildings, serviced apartments, or similar products. • Language Skills: fluent in Chinese, English, and Khmer, with the ability to communicate seamlessly with a diverse range of clients. • Professional Background: Experience in managing high-end clubs is a plus! Able to take charge of club management and coordinate all related activities. • Skills: excellent communication and negotiation skills, a team-player mentality, and the ability to thrive under pressure. Also results-driven, with the ability to execute goals efficiently. • Market Insight: have a sharp understanding of market trends and a knack for quickly adjusting sales strategies based on emerging demands.
