• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to increase market share of Iced Cold Brewery beer. • Develop and roll out monthly sales strategies focused on placing draft beer kegs or cans in bars, restaurants, beer gardens, and entertainment venues. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and partners (especially in the F&B sector). • Set individual sales targets and monitor the performance of the sales team. • Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales revenue and generate timely sales reports. • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity. • Lead, manage, and develop a successful and experienced sales team to achieve business goals. • Provide feedback, support, and coaching to the sales team, including planning and directing sales team training. • Analyze data to identify sales opportunities and forecast future sales for budgeting purposes. • Negotiate pricing, contracts, and volume deals that benefit both customers and the company. • Build strong relationships with outlet managers, F&B decision-makers, and event organizers. • Visit regular customers to ensure smooth delivery, service satisfaction, and upsell opportunities. • Collect customer feedback and competitor insights to help the team stay ahead in the market. • Handle any issues related to after-sales service, before sales and any issues related to sales. • Other tasks assign by line manager
