About the Role:
We need a proactive Sales Operator to boost player engagement and retention in Cambodia. You’ll activate new users, bring back inactive players, and promote platform features — all while delivering exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Retention:
- Contact players via phone/messengers (activation, reactivation, feature promotion).
- Highlight platform advantages vs competitors.
- Guide players to new games/events.
Cross-Department Support:
- Prospect potential partners.
- Assist marketing teams.
- Conduct online research as needed.
Daily Operations:
- Follow company policies strictly.
- Report progress in spreadsheets (basic Excel/Sheets).
Requirements:
✔ Must-have:
- Native Khmer + English (Intermediate).
- PC proficiency (basic spreadsheets for reporting).
- Persuasive communication skills (experience handling objections).
- Sales/phone support background preferred.
✔ Nice-to-have:
- Other Asian languages (Chinese, Korean, etc.).
We Offer:
Location: Remote
Schedule: Full-time (5/2 rotation, 8h shifts)
Salary: 500−600$ base + KPI bonuses
