1. Identify and connect new business opportunities, including supermarkets, marts, restaurants, vegetable stores…etc 2. Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients 3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients 4. Negotiate prices and terms of sale with clients. 5. Handle contracts, agreements, and other legal documentation related to sales. 6. Assist in the development of sales collateral, promotional materials, and marketing campaigns to support sales 7. Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets. 8. Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends, competitive positioning, and opportunities for growth 9. Prepare sales reports and market analysis summaries for management review. Requirement: • Bachelor's degree in agriculture, food science, or related industry • Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, focusing on farming and agriculture • In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing, with a strong understanding of FMCG and agriculture • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, networking, and close sales
