Job Description - Set sales plan ,target , and KPI for sales team, - Lead sales activities to achieve sales target, - Consult with dealer about performance and improvement plan, - Provide training on sale technique to staff, - Keep regular update product market information and competitor movement to management, - Make weekly and monthly dealer report, - and other task assigned by manager. Job Requirement - Strong management and leadership, - Experience in sales field - Be able to use MS word, excel , internet email, - Cambodia driving license, - Be able to travel to the province, - Good command of both speak and written english and khmer, - Calm and flexibility, - Ability to work under pressure.
