Role and Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the General Manager and the Sales Manager and in close coordination with colleagues in Operational department, the Sales Representative is responsible for the following duties:
DUTIES
o Develop company turnover by new customers aquisition
o Manage client’s orders: receive orders and communicate with the operation team.
o Ensure deliveries are on time as per client’s orders.
o Maintain relationships with current clients and build with potential customers.
o Maintain customers satisfaction.
o Daily, weekly and monthly sales performance review by client portfolios.
o Prepare quotation, contract and prices for clients.
o Follow up payments from clients.
o Guide customers on products: understand customer needs.
o Prepare all documents related to consignments.
o To maintain record of sales data, customer database, and market information.
o Other tasks assigned by the Managers.
REQUIREMENTS
o Bachelor’s degree in sales, or similar field.
o Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position
o Understand the business of food supply
o Knowledge of Marketing concept
o Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under time constraints
o Motivated to work responsibly with little supervision
o Ability to cooperate effectively and harmoniously with teamwork
o Excellent organizational skills including strong attention to detail
o Proactive and creative
o Demonstrate a high degree of honesty and integrity
o Possess open-minded and positive attitude
o Computer proficient in Word, Excel, presentation tools, electronic mail and internet (Microsoft)
o Proficiency with Microsoft Dynamics is a plus
Full Time
$500 to $1000 depending on experience
Monday to Saturday, 8am to 12pm and 1pm to 5pm.
