Job Description: 1. Introduce products/services clearly and professionally based on the requirements of clients; 2. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business relationships with clients as well as related affiliates to ensure exceptional service and identification of potential new sales opportunities; 3. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services; 4. Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction; 5. Provide back-office support for the management team as needed; 6. Support back-office and administrative work 7. Other related works appointed by the management team.
