We are seeking an experienced Senior Accountant that has a strong understanding of accounting principles, tax regulations, and bookkeeping practices. This role requires good attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Responsibilities:
Financial Accounting:
•Prepare and analyze financial statements, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
•Ensure accurate and timely recording of financial transactions
•Reconcile bank accounts and general ledger accounts
•Prepare journal entries and maintain the general ledger
Taxation:
•Prepare and file monthly tax returns and annual tax on income
•Stay updated on tax laws and regulations
•Handle tax audits and inquiries
Bookkeeping:
•Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records
•Process accounts payable and accounts receivable
•Prepare and reconcile bank statements
Reporting:
•Generate regular financial reports for management review
Compliance:
•Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting and tax regulations
•Maintain strong internal controls to safeguard assets and prevent fraud
Requirements:
•Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
•Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and taxation
•Strong knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, LocalizeBook)
•Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
•Strong attention to detail and accuracy
•Ability to work independently and as part of a team
•Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Salary: $550 - $600
Schedule: Monday - Friday; 8:30am - 5:30pm
