Job Overview
We are seeking an organized and proactive Administrator to lead our administrative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring efficient processes, and providing support to other departments. This role requires excellent communication and leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of the administrative staff.
• Develop and implement administrative policies and procedures.
• Manage schedules, appointments, and correspondence for senior management.
• Oversee office supplies and equipment maintenance, ensuring all needs are met.
• Assist in researching all matters in relating to business and compile the report.
• Train and mentor new administrative employees.
• Evaluate team performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve workflows.
• Handle confidential information with discretion and integrity.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in an administrative role, with at least 3 years in a supervisory position.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, both Khmer and English.
• Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace).
• Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
• Ability to lead a team effectively.
Benefits
• Salaries in the Probation Period 3 months: US$ 550
• Tax on salary covered by a company
• NSSF will be provided by a company
• 18 days for AL
• Public Holiday followed by labor law offering
