JOB SUMMARY:
You will handle customer inquiry through the App, Facebook page, and other social media channels. Your job is to make sure customers get fast, friendly, and helpful service, and that their problems are solved quickly and professionally. This role will support sale team and help generate leads through digital platforms.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
• At least 6months experience in customer service or social media support
• Communicable in Khmer and Chinese
• Friendly, patient, and good at problem-solving
• Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work weekends and holidays by rotating day off
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and willing to learn.
• Familiar with Facebook Business Suite and basic CRM tools
