Key Responsibilities: 1. Strategy Development: o Develop and implement a strategic learning and development plan that aligns with the Vattanac Golf Resort's goals and Troon Standard’s objectives. o Identify and analyze the learning needs of associates at all levels to ensure alignment with business priorities. 2. Program Management: o Design, deliver, and evaluate learning programs, including leadership development, technical training, soft skills enhancement, and compliance training. o Manage the development and delivery of e-learning courses, workshops, seminars, and other training initiatives. o Facilitate, support, and drive new annual Learning and Development programs, such as the Future Leader Program and other initiatives, to align with business perspectives and stay up-to-date with new technology, ensuring the continued stability of golf standards. 3. Leadership and Coaching: o Indicate the professional coaching to Vattanac Golf Resort associates related to language program such as English, Khmer and support Chinese program, other training platform and mentoring to front of house associates level to enhance their leadership capabilities. o Lead a team of learning and development professionals, ensuring continuous improvement and professional growth within Vattanac Golf Resort. o Maturing leadership and maintaining a positive working relationship with stakeholders, and other associates in the Vattanac Golf Resort unit with highly-performance. o Develop and conduct the annual Learning and Development plan with relevant stakeholders, then finalize the strategy with the HR Manager to execute it in the following year 4. Performance Management: o Develop and implement metrics to measure the effectiveness of learning and development programs. o Conduct regular assessments to evaluate the impact of training on associates performance and organizational outcomes. o Conduct an efficient Training Needs Analysis (TNA) to identify skill gaps and enhance the professional performance of associates 5. Budget Management: o Oversee the learning and development budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources. o Identify and leverage external partnerships and vendors to enhance learning solutions. 6. Compliance and Reporting: o Ensure all learning and development activities comply with relevant regulations and standards of Vattanac Golf Resort and Troon Golf. o Prepare and present reports on training activities, monthly newsletter of all learning and development activities, outcomes, and return on investment to line manager and senior management. 7. Innovation and Best Practices: o Stay abreast of the latest trends and best practices in learning and development. o Introduce innovative training methods and technologies to enhance learning effectiveness. o Initiate and develop the e-learning platform for all learning and development activities to stay aligned with the company's objectives. Incorporate new and creative modern technologies in the learning and development platform to meet future business plans and stay up to date. 8. Other Tasks and Key Responsibilities: o Any other work projects and plans will be delegated by the line manager and/or the company. o Be accountable for using the Core System and Ess system in the Cadena of Human Resource Management System in the daily duty to support your daily work operations.
