I. Duties and Responsibilities: - Check Purchase requests form Cross departments and Spec, Size, Quality, Quantity as required and feedback any Concern. - Sourcing Suppliers and do price Comparation (Quote) to head of Purchasing - Place order to suppliers and follow up track goods until arrived Warehouse - Prepare Document for Finance Department Arranging payment to supplier - Do Goods Receipts in SAP - Others Tasks assigned by Head of Purchasing II. Requirement: - Bachelor’s degree in Business, Administration, Accounting or related fields - At least 2 years’ experience in procurement duties - Strong communication, negotiation, analysis and strategic thinking skills - Good command of English (speaking and writing), Chinese is an advantage - Can work under pressure, work as a team, and work outside sometimes - Courteous, honest, sociable, and willing to learn and take up challenges
