Get to know the role We are looking for a Senior Expansion to help to build strategic relationships with high-profile merchants and drive revenue. We believe a successful candidate has good management skills, but if you believe you have what it takes then weʼd love to hear from you either way. This role is required because we're looking for someone who can operate independently, get things done promptly, and achieve successful results. The day-to-day activities: Merchant Acquisition and Management: ● Lead the team in charge of merchant acquisition across the city, ensuring that targets are met and the merchant base continues to grow. ● Oversee the onboarding process for new merchants, ensuring smooth integration into our platform. ● Regularly track and report on team performance, identifying areas for improvement. ● Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform merchant acquisition strategies. ● Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as marketing and merchant operation to ensure a seamless merchant onboarding experience. Key Account Management: ● Build and manage relationships with key merchant-partners, listening to their needs, addressing their concerns, and maintaining close communication. ● Take a data-driven approach to estimate ROI and KPI analysis for each partner in order to grow basket size and create loyal customers. ● Liaise with operations, customer service, and merchant-partners to ensure issues are resolved promptly and effectively. ● Work with our merchant operation and marketing teams to ensure partners have the best possible experience. ● Develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns in collaboration with merchant-partners to drive growth. This includes conceptualizing campaigns, coordinating with internal and external teams for execution, and analyzing campaign performance for continuous improvement. Team Leadership and Development: ● Lead and mentor a team of merchant acquisition executives and key account managers, providing guidance, support, and training to drive performance. ● Foster a culture of innovation within the team, inspiring team members to propose new ideas to improve operations, enhance customer experience, and deepen relationships with key merchant-partners. Strategic Planning and Execution: ● Develop and implement strategic plans to grow GrabFood's presence and market share in the city. ● Regularly analyze performance data to assess the effectiveness of strategies and initiatives, and make data-driven decisions. ● Identify potential risks and challenges in the city's operations and develop contingency plans to address them. 📍Location : Sihanouk Vile ✅ Job Requirement: ● Minimum of 3 years experience in sales business development, account management or operations ● Experienced in handling and dealing with partners ● An exceptional track record of driving revenue through partnership ● Great communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in English and Chinese
