Responsibilities:
• Generate leads and exceed sales goals in IT, ELV Security, and related technical sectors. • Build strong relationships with new and existing clients; leverage your established client base to drive immediate business growth. • Present your portfolio of potential clients and demonstrate your ability to engage and onboard them with confidence and efficiency. • Actively participate in closing projects by identifying opportunities, presenting tailored technical solutions, and managing negotiations. • Collaborate with technical teams to understand client needs and propose optimal solutions. • Develop pricing schedules for quotes, promotions, and contracts. • Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports to track performance and trends. • Deliver impactful sales presentations to prospective clients, including MEP engineers, architects, construction firms, interior designers, and retail businesses. • Achieve sales targets and earn performance-based incentives. • Approach your work with passion, dedication, and a love for challenges, ensuring that your efforts are driven by more than just salary but by a commitment to achieve success independently.
Skills and Experience: • Proven experience in IT or ELV Security industries, working with MEP engineers, architects, construction, interior design, retail, or similar fields. • Strong client network and ability to foster seamless transitions and partnerships with new customers. • Extensive experience in closing projects, managing client relationships, and driving end-to-end sales processes. • Technical understanding of IT, ELV Security, and related systems to propose tailored solutions. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to independently drive the sales process and close deals effectively. • Strong business acumen and ability to identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
