Job Description
- Understand Process of PR, PO and Purchased Received
- Understand Process of Payment record, Payment Approval
- Understand workflow of Subcon Request
- Testing workflow of Purchase, Warehouse, Finance, Fixed Asset Module
- Testing workflow of BoQ, Construction, Production Module
- Testing workflow of Sale Contract, Payment, handover Module
- Testing Data entry in accounting system
- Make sure UAT is done before handover to user
- Coordinate between user and developer
- Solve system problem on time.
- Other tasks assigned by Supervisor.
Requirement:
- At least 3 years’ Experience Accountant in Real Estate developer or Construction Sector
- Bachelor degree/Master degree/ACCA CPA is advance. (Accounting, Finance and audit, IT System )
- Advance Excel skill, System Cuscen is advantage
- Flexible work, Dynamic and Fast learning
- Training and Presentation Skill
- Be able to travel to project one per month
- Understand way of control Sub Contractor work, Material and Labor
