Role Responsibilities of Senior Tax of Accountant Purpose: • Manage tax budget • Manage the local implementation of the tax policy and control to ensure effective • Advise on all local tax matters, and Build relationships and interact with tax officers • Duties: • Manage finance budget and report • Consolidate and review monthly and annual tax submission in compliance with laws and regulations within timeframe for companies. • Build relationships and interact with tax officers. • Manage and coordinate tax queries and tax audits from GDT. • Review import tax issues. • Identify and mitigate tax risks. • Supervise tax accountant in tax compliance related matters and assess the performance. • Train accountants in the group in tax preparation. • Maintain sufficient tax provision on general ledger and prepare tax related data requests. • Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices. • Protect company financial information and confidentiality. • Fully responsible for safe keeping and updating of all legal documents. • Shipment logistic, process documents, clear customs, & tax payment. etc • Prepare schedule and timeline for line manager
Report and assignment the task 1. Report to of daily factitive, weekly, monthly report. 2. Good communication and teamwork 3. Report follow the dateline who assigned by line manager 4. Respect and follow instruction line manager and management
Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting. • Previous work experience as Tax or Accounting. • Good understanding of the legal complexities of Tax. • Proficient in Accounting and Office software. • Ability to reconcile complex debtors' accounts. • Strong communication skills. • Ability to deal with problematic clients. • Good at English
