Benefits of being an Expatriate Employee: First air ticket to the Philippines reimbursed fully by the Company Accommodation provided (stay-in); Housing Allowance (stay-out) Daily transport to and from office (stay-in); Taxes will be absorbed by the Company Thirty three (33) days Annual Leave Probation Increment subject for KPI performance Bonus payout twice a year subject for KPI metrics Life, Accidental and Medical Insurance Coverage HMO upon regularization Medicine Reimbursement Birthday Treat Gym Membership Subsidy Nationality Celebration/Recreational Activities Overseas Company Trip 5 day Work-Week; 8 Hour Shift Negotiable Salary Job Responsibilities: *Driving traffic from numerous sources around the web *Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages *Keyword research and Analytics analysis *Building quality natural backlinks from different sources *Develop and implement link building strategy *Provide recommendations and execute strategies for content development in coordination with SEO goals – general and keyword specific *Assist in development and execution of communication/content strategies via social communities in coordination with SEO goals *Monitor and administer web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools, and point out key areas of importance in accordance goals. *Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance across the major search channels *Research the latest SEO practices *Coordinate and support team *Optimize landing page *Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion and optimization *Recommend changes to website architecture, content, linking and other factors to improve SEO positions for target keywords *Work closely with the other team members to meet goals *Develop or Optimize blog sites with SEO techniques or SEO content skill Job Requirements: *At least a Bachelor's Degree graduate in any field. *SEO experience and SEM experience (additional) is required. *SEO Assistant - Minimum of 1-2 yrs experience *SEO Executive - Minimum of 5 yrs experience handling supervisory role *Experience in E-gaming is a plus. *Must be a fluent in any of the following languages: Vietnamese, Bahasa (Indonesia), Bangladesh, Thai and Japanese. *Fluency in English Skills is required. *Experience with website analysis using a variety of analytics tools including *Google Analytics as well as internal reporting tool. *Experience in working with popular keyword tools (Google, SEO Power Suite, SEMRush, Ahrefs, etc). *Basic HTML/CSS knowledge. *Knowledge skills related with CMS (WordPress, Blogger, etc.). *Social Media trend (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, and YouTube). *Positive attitude, detail and teamwork oriented with good multitasking skills. *Self-Motivated. *Applicant must be willing to work full time (on-site) and relocate in Makati City, Philippines.
