SEO Specialist- Philippines or Indonesia

We are seeking a skilled and motivated SEO Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The SEO Specialist will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies to increase the organic search visibility and drive qualified traffic to our website. The role requires a combination of analytical skills, technical expertise, and creativity to enhance our online presence and support our digital marketing goals.
Key Responsibilities: • SEO Strategy Development: Create and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to improve website rankings, drive traffic, and increase conversions. • Keyword Research: Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for organic growth. Optimize content and website elements based on keyword insights. • On-Page Optimization: Enhance website content, Meta tags, headers, and images to ensure they are optimized for search engines. Improve site architecture and internal linking. • Technical SEO: Perform technical SEO audits to identify and fix issues related to site speed, mobile usability, indexing, and crawl ability. • Content Collaboration: Work closely with content creators to develop SEO-friendly content that aligns with keyword targets and audience interests. • Link Building: Develop and implement link-building strategies to acquire high-quality backlinks and improve domain authority. • Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze website performance using SEO tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, and Ahrefs. Generate reports and provide actionable insights. • Competitor Analysis: Analyze competitors’ SEO strategies and performance to identify opportunities and stay ahead in search rankings. • Stay Updated: Keep up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and best practices to ensure strategies remain effective and competitive. • Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including marketing, web development, and design to ensure SEO best practices are integrated into overall marketing efforts.
Qualifications: • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or a related field. • Experience: 2-4 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing. • Skills: • Proficiency with SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEM rush, Ahrefs, or similar platforms. • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms, ranking factors, and SEO best practices. • Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and web development concepts. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and metrics.
Skill: • Experience with pay-per-click (PPC) advertising and other digital marketing channels. • Familiarity with content management systems (e.g., WordPress, Drupal). • Knowledge of local SEO, mobile SEO, and international SEO. • Relevant certifications (e.g., Google Analytics Certified, Google Ads Certified) are a plus. • Proficiency in English and Khmer (preferred).
