- Maintain server procedure , Server diagram and documentation
- Monitor system and server performances, issues and logs
- Provides emergency on-call support on a rotation schedule
- Linux system administration
- Cloud IaaS Services management
- Configuration and management of internal web servers, SSL certification, domain and DNS.
- Database Management, Scripting
- System and Service troubleshoot/debug and incident report
- Develop & maintain servers to comply with IT Security Policy and procedures
- Responsible for installation of Security patch updates and fixing vulnerabilities for all Servers, storage and Cloud IaaS.
-KPIs: Uptime, Mean Time To Repair (MTTR), Mean Time Between Failure (MTBF), Response Time, Error Rate
Requitement
1.Education: Bachelor's degree or above in the fields of IT or other related fields
2.Major: Information Technology
3.Work experience: At least 3 years experience in Server and Cloud Administration.
4.Intellectual capacity: Good problem-solving and analytical skills. Knowledge and experience in managing Server Administration such as Microsoft Windows Server, Linux, Storage, Database, AWS Cloud IaaS, Office 365, Domain/ DNS, Backup System, System Monitoring, Antivirus Server, and Bakong System. Experience in applying and installing Security Patch Update and Firmware for Servers. ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent cooperation skills.
Working Day:
8:30am - 5:30pm (Mon-Fri)
