Key Responsibilities:
+Waiter/ Waitress
• Greet customers warmly and provide them with menus.
• Take accurate food and drink orders from customers and enter them into the POS system.
• Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and professional manner.
• Check on customers to ensure their satisfaction with each course and beverage.
• Handle customer complaints and concerns with a positive attitude and escalate issues to management when necessary.
• Prepare tables with clean linens, plates, and utensils.
• Clear tables after customers have finished their meals.
• Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including the service station.
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
• Process customer payments and provide change or receipts as needed.
• Follow all health and safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
• Assist with opening and closing duties as required.

QUALIFICATIONS :
•Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a food and beverage service role.
•Excellent communication.
•Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
•Knowledge of food and beverage service techniques and standards.
